Critical Systems, Inc. Web Presence

At the start of 2024, one of the goals of key leadership at Critical Systems, Inc. (CSI) was to increase our web presence. I first worked with each department to understand what they had historically used online platforms for and what I could do to expand their presence for both sales and customer support. One of the key ways we decided to expand our online presence was to provide information on two niche industries: orbital welding and specialty gas processing systems.

We used a toolbox of Google Ads, weekly blog posts, social media posts, and videos to consistently increase the relevant content of our industries. This resulted in an increase in web traffic and engagement of over 100%.
